What courier do you use and what are your delivery times?

We use Royal Mail as our courier as we have found them to be the most reliable, and it is incredibly important to us that you receive your orders without issues! You can choose between 24 and 48 hour delivery depending on how fast you need your order. All of our orders are sent with tracking information.
If you choose Tracked 24, your order should arrive in 1-2 business days, and if you choose Tracked 48, your order should arrive in 2-4 business days.
All of our packaging is plastic free as standard!
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving your order. Our working days are Tuesday-Saturday, so please be aware that if you order on a Friday, we cannot dispatch your order until Tuesday!

All of our findings (stud posts, hoops, hooks, chains etc.) are medical grade surgical steel (either 304 or 316 grade), which is renowned for its durability, tarnish resistance and hypoallergenic properties! Surgical steel is less likely to cause an allergic reaction than other metals, making it suitable for those with skin sensitivities and metal allergies.

Jewellery - Please refrain from wearing your jewellery in bed and in places where they are likely to become damaged, for example: in the shower or in your handbag where other items are likely to be stored on top of them. All of our jewellery is water resistant, but where pieces are coated with varnish, we ask that you are careful not to put your jewellery in situations where the varnish may weaken (for instance, do not clean your jewellery with an abrasive tool)
Trinket Dishes - Our trinket dishes are not suitable for food. Do not put them in the microwave or the dishwasher as they will break. Clean using a dry non-abrasive cloth. If you should need to clean them more thoroughly, please use gentle warm soapy water.
Plant Tags - You can wash your plant tags using a non-abrasive cleaning cloth and warm soapy water. Our plant tags are designed for indoor use with house plants.
Pins & Brooches - Please ensure you do not put your pins in the washing machine/tumble dryer and remove them from clothes before washing them! You can clean your pins with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cleaning cloth.

As a small business aware of our effect on the planet, we take the environment very seriously, and put the following initiatives in place:

Plastic-Free Packaging - This goes without question. We use absolutely no plastic in our packaging. Our tissue paper is recycled and FSC certified, all of our postal boxes are cardboard, our stickers are biodegradable, our tape is paper and recyclable, and we use shredded paper for protecting your products.
Zero Waste - We ensure that we waste absolutely no materials when we make our products. Instead, we re-use all of our off-cuts and scraps of clay to make one-of-a-kind irreplaceable jewellery in our well-loved "Zero Waste Collection"!
Carbon Offsetting - We have a business subscription with the wonderful Switch2Zero where we offset 6 tonnes of CO2 per year and reduce plastic waste by 24kg (Switch2Zero partner with Plastic Bank to fund plastic waste collection projects around the globe!)
Tree Planting - Our biggest achievement is that we have funded the planting of over 1900 trees! We proudly plant a tree with every purchase, no matter how big or small!

We cannot accept returns and exchanges for jewellery and hair clips due to hygiene reasons, since we morally cannot take the risk of re-selling a worn piece of jewellery or hair slide in case someone has an infection.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives broken or damaged, we can refund you the value of the product that is damaged or replace the product free of charge. Refunds and replacements are valid for orders placed no longer than 30 days prior to the refund request.
We can accept returns, refunds and exchanges on trinket dishes, plant tags, and pins/brooches, but only on the occasion that they have not been damaged and are in the exact same condition they were in when you purchased them.
